First learning the trade while building her own log cabin home 23 years ago, Alexa brings the highest degree of quality, speed of work, and happiest of demeanors out there. Dubbed "Fastest Chinker in the West" by many, she'll be in and out of that job site like a west coast burger. The only thing she loves more than chink are german shepherds.

Not new to leadership and management, Jim is the glue to this crew. He's likely the only guy who can back a trailer down that single lane, dirt switch back driveway of yours in one take. Always smiling, amicable, and strong, Jim will get the job done right.
